Booking & Payment
The earlier the better — popular dates (especially December and Easter weekends) fill up fast. For weddings we recommend 3–6 months ahead; for smaller events 4–6 weeks is usually enough. Short-notice events are sometimes possible, so it never hurts to ask.
Yes — a 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the event day. We'll always give you a written breakdown before you pay anything.
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) and bank transfer. You'll receive a receipt for every payment.
Life happens — talk to us as early as possible. Postponements can usually be moved to a new date at no extra charge subject to availability. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the event date we are and will be clearly stated in your agreement.
Planning & Services
Absolutely. Every service — decoration, venue sourcing, coordination — can be booked on its own. Many clients start with one service and add more later.
Of course. We'll happily work alongside vendors you've already chosen and coordinate them as part of your event. Where you need recommendations, we have a trusted network we can bring in.
Weddings and traditional engagements, corporate events and product launches, birthdays and anniversaries, funerals and memorial receptions, graduations, naming ceremonies — if people are gathering, we can plan it.

Logistics
Yes — we plan events across Ghana. Events outside our base may attract a transport and logistics fee, which will be clearly itemised in your quote.
No minimum — we've styled intimate dinners for 20 and coordinated celebrations for over 500 guests. Tell us your numbers and we'll scale the team accordingly.
Training
Anyone who wants to learn event planning and management — aspiring planners starting a business, people adding skills to a hospitality career, or anyone who simply loves events. No prior experience is required.
